Individual session

An individual sound healing session is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience designed to balance the body, mind, and spirit using sound vibrations.

Introduction:

The session begins with a brief consultation to understand your needs, intentions, or areas of concern (physical, emotional, or mental). The practitioner explains the process and addresses any questions.

Environment:

The session is conducted in a calm, serene space with dim lighting and a peaceful atmosphere. Soft, natural aromas like incense or essential oils may be used to create a relaxing ambiance.

Preparation:

You lie down on a comfortable mat or table, fully clothed, often covered with a light blanket for warmth. The practitioner ensures you are completely at ease.

Session Process:

  • Breathwork: The session might start with guided breathing to help you relax and center your mind.
  • Sound Instruments: The practitioner uses various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, rain sticks, or chimes. Each instrument produces specific frequencies aimed at promoting relaxation, releasing tension, or balancing energy.
  • Placement of Bowls: Tibetan bowls may be placed directly on or near your body to allow vibrations to resonate deeply with specific chakras or energy centers.
  • Customized Flow: The practitioner intuitively plays the instruments, creating a harmonious flow of sound tailored to your needs. This may include varying tempos, tones, and intensities.
  • Meditative Experience: As the sounds envelop you, your body and mind enter a meditative state. The vibrations can release blockages, reduce stress, and encourage a sense of calm.
  • Silent Integration: The session may end with a few moments of silence to let the effects of the sound settle within your system.

Post-Session:

After the session, you have time to sit up slowly and discuss your experience or any sensations you felt. You might feel lighter, more balanced, or deeply relaxed.
